Dispatch and Delivery 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification via the Australian Post with the necessary tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your parcel delivery.

Here at Sarang Collective, we are happy to accomodate your return or exchange for any reason, using the following the guidelines.

Items must be in new condition with garment tags attached. All items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any items returned that are not in new condition.

All products are eligible under our returns policy except earrings and lingerie/swimwear.

There will be no returns on sale or discounted items. All purchases on sale items are final.

We are not responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item.


How many days do I have to return items?

Within 14 days from date of purchase. 


How do I return items ? 

If you wish to return or exchange your product, please contact us at [email protected]  and we will help you make a seamless and hassle free return!

Please ensure that you return items using a secure tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for any items not received.


Can I return my items in store at the Sarang Boutique? 

If you would like to return your item/(s) in person, please send us an email to [email protected] stating that you would like to do so and we will arrange for a full refund or credit note to spend in store prior to your visit.


What’s a credit note?

If you can’t find what you are looking for on our site, why not get a credit note to the value of the returned amount!  Simply email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with an electronic credit note (via email) valid up to 12 months from the date of issuance.

If you wish to visit us in person, you may also use this credit note in store!  Simply print  it out and present it to our helpful stylists.


What about exchanges?

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please email us at [email protected] and let us know what you’re after so we can put it on hold to ensure you don’t miss out as our stock numbers are limited.

Once we have received the unwanted item, we will send out the correct size FREE OF CHARGE as soon as possible!

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

We try our very best to ensure our goods are perfect before shipping them out in order to reduce the chances of you receiving a faulty item but on the off chance this happens, please contact us immediately a [email protected] 


In your email, please include;

  • full details of your order
  • your contact information
  • and a description of the item(s) at fault (a photo of the fault/damage would be of great help!)


and we will be in touch within the next business day to make arrangements for your goods to be replaced, repaired or returned for a full refund.
